The previous posters of International Biennale of Poster in Mexico obviously expressed the ambitions and the intentions of the openness of issues for many years. Under the influence of globalization, the advance of technology and the gradually diminishing of the boundaries or borders have resulted that the distances among borders have been no longer relative relationships among geographic locations. Relatively, a disaster of a country also affects the whole world. The issue of biodiversity (table 1), food, energy, or climate warming (table 2), human rights (Table 3) and the issues of cultural diversity, the gap between rich and poor, etc. are affecting everyone living in the global village including you and me. Poster design can fast response design results, and design is the crystallization of sociological observation, is the comprehensively phenomenological inference with known results. The successive evolutionary changes of international issues can be peeped through the previous posters of the International Biennale of Poster in Mexico. Wish the media of posters can also inspire social interests, and become a tool for transmission of cultural trends and political themes of the society, as well as for commercial purposes.
